Abstract Fluid Forms

Us Versus Virus

I've lost a count, if it's Monday or Tuesday,
Every other day seems to be quite like a Sunday.

Stay at home, we are being told,
Dare not step out, even though there's noone to scold.

Temptation and frustration you will have to hold,
There will be a tomorrow, and happy stories to be told.

It's new to you and new to me,
What the future holds, let us wait and see.

For now, let's obey the rule - stay at home and isolate,
If we don't fight it right, fear it would be too late.

Just a few more days, before we conquer over Covid.
Be a good fella whether Ram, Rahim or David.

Then you are free to roam,
Till the time you miss your home.
