Geometry of Life
They said life comes full circle.
Yes. That's why we're running around.
We draw straight lines for asprations to meet,
And realise a straight line often misses to hit.
Life has curves and bends unknown,
And turns that bring us back to square one.
Corners we never planned to turn,
Help us gain experience on the return.
Sometimes life is a triangle,
With friends that hold bonds to mingle.
Life is also a square - four walls and corners,
That little space we call home.
Sometimes on a lease, sometimes as owners.
Life has some moments that feel very parallel,
Wishes run along, for things that mean null.
And then there are intersections,
With strangers crossing our path.
They leave behind the interactions,
Uncalculative and just without a math.
For no apparent reason,
they leave behind a smile,
Sometimes we remember it a lifetime,
sometimes just a while.
We choose right angles, to perfect the view,
Just to realise, every one has a perspective.
