It takes some time, to get used to it
You've got to wait, at times quite a bit.

It doesn't mean, you've got to be slow
Just do not hurry, take some time to know.

Patience pays, ever so we are told
Hold your breath, but not until you're cold.

Times have changed, so has the pace
Patience too is running, slowly it's own race.

It's good not to hurry, even so with worry
Not always patience, gets away from sorry.

​

Keep the mind cool, but not alike ice
Balance patience and haste, be rather wise.

​

So be patient, await for the time
